In a rapidly changing, interconnected world, English language teachers play a vital role in preparing learners to thrive beyond the classroom. This session explores what it means to be “future-ready” and how educators can intentionally foster skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, adaptability, and intercultural competence through everyday teaching practices.
