ABSTRACT
In a rapidly changing, interconnected world, English language teachers play a vital role in preparing learners to thrive beyond the classroom. This session explores what it means to be “future-ready” and how educators can intentionally foster skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, adaptability, and intercultural competence through everyday teaching practices. Participants will examine practical strategies for embedding these competencies into lesson planning and classroom interaction, empowering students to become confident, autonomous communicators equipped to navigate the demands of the global workplace and contribute meaningfully to a diverse, evolving world. |
